Shipping and payments

Every item is already photographed, described and ready to ship, so we hand the order to the carrier within 1 working day of the payment being booked. Orders paid online by 12:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. For a bank transfer, the day the payment appears in our account counts.

You receive the parcel number and tracking link by e-mail at dispatch and in My account if you have one. The delivery time depends on the carrier and is given next to each delivery method below. By law the total delivery time does not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; in practice within Poland the parcel reaches you 1-2 working days after dispatch, and within the EU usually 3-7 working days.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If we are going to a collectors' fair and dispatch would be delayed by more than one working day, we say so in the bar at the top of the page and in the order confirmation.

The delivery cost depends on the chosen method, is added to the order value and is visible in the cart and at checkout before payment. Several items from one order are shipped in one parcel, with no surcharge for additional ones.

1. InPost parcel locker: delivery to the chosen locker, usually 1-2 working days from dispatch. You receive the pick-up code by SMS and in the InPost app.
2. Courier: delivery to your address, usually 1-2 working days from dispatch, with an SMS or e-mail notification of the planned delivery time.
3. Collection in person: free of charge at the physical shop: ul. Smolańska 3/202, 70-026 Szczecin, Mon-Fri 11:00 to 17:00. You can see the item, check the labels and try it on before collecting. Write or call before your visit (+48 507 947 867), as we are sometimes at collectors' fairs.

Current rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address; if we offer free delivery above a certain order value, this is shown in the cart.

We ship to all countries of the world. The cost and estimated delivery time depend on the country and are shown at checkout after you choose the delivery country (within the European Union usually 3-7 working days). Prices in the shop are gross prices and include Polish VAT; within the EU there are no additional charges.

For delivery outside the European Union (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA) any customs duties and import taxes in the recipient's country are paid by the buyer. If your country is not on the list at checkout, write before placing the order and we will add it and quote the cost.

At checkout you choose one of the methods:

1. PayPal (online payment): BLIK, Przelewy24 fast transfer from your bank, Visa or Mastercard payment card or a PayPal account, all in one gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by BLIK, transfer or card. After clicking "Buy and pay" you go to the secure PayPal page, choose the method and after authorisation return to the shop with a confirmation. The payment is booked immediately, so the parcel leaves fastest. The order must be paid within 60 minutes, otherwise it is cancelled and the item returns to sale. The payment operator is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, an institution supervised by the Luxembourg CSSF (on your statement you will see the payee "PayPal").
2. Bank transfer: you receive the transfer details (payee, account number, reference with the order number) on the thank-you page and in the "order awaiting payment" e-mail. You have 3 working days to pay; the item is off sale during that time. We ship within 1 working day of the payment being booked. From abroad use a SEPA transfer in PLN or ask us about payment via PayPal instead.
3. Payment on collection: if the option is visible at checkout, you can pay at the physical shop when collecting the item.

We do not offer cash on delivery. All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and payment is charged in this currency. If you pay by card, PayPal account or from an account in another currency, the conversion is made by your bank or PayPal at its own rate and fees. The approximate EUR and USD amounts shown in the shop are calculated from the National Bank of Poland mid rate and are given for information only.

Reservation Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. The item leaves sale when the order is placed and returns to it if the order is not paid on time (60 minutes for online payment, 3 working days for a bank transfer).

We issue a sales document for every order. If you need an invoice for a company, tick "I need a VAT invoice for a company" in the order form and give the company name and VAT ID; the invoice will be sent electronically to your e-mail address. We issue a named invoice for a private individual on request: write after placing the order, quoting its number.

We pack every item personally: folded, in protective film and a rigid box or courier envelope, together with a product card containing the season, manufacturer code and condition description. We do not include a document with the price in parcels marked as a gift if you ask for this in the order notes.

If the shipment status does not change for several days or the parcel has not arrived by the expected date, write to contact@legitfootballshirts.com with the order number. We lodge the claim with the carrier and keep you informed of its progress; if the parcel is lost, we refund the full amount.

Report a parcel damaged in transit to us as soon as possible, preferably with photos of the packaging and, if possible, a damage report drawn up with the courier or in the carrier's app. Details in the document Returns and complaints.
