We sell single, original pieces of football shirts and memorabilia, new and pre-owned, always with a condition description and photos of that exact item. A consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and 2 years to complain about non-conformity of the goods with the contract. On top of that we give an open-ended authenticity guarantee: if an item turns out not to be original, we refund the full price together with shipping costs both ways. Online payments are handled by PayPal (BLIK, Przelewy24, payment card, PayPal account); a bank transfer is also possible.

The Shop is run by DK Sports Group Dariusz Kaszubowski, ul. Smolańska 3/202, 70-026 Szczecin, NIP (tax ID) 8522466339 (the Seller). The business is registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).

The terms and conditions are made available free of charge before the contract is concluded, in a way that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed. They also constitute the terms of providing services by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
Contracts in the Shop are concluded in Polish; this English version is provided for convenience and in case of discrepancy the Polish version prevails. The Shop is intended for adults with full legal capacity.
Definitions
The terms used in these terms and conditions have the following meaning:
- Shop: the Seller's website available at legitfootballshirts.com, through which the Customer may conclude a sales contract.
- Customer: a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality that uses the Shop or concludes a contract with the Seller.
- Consumer: a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Sole trader with consumer rights: a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for them. The provisions of these terms concerning the Consumer apply to such a person as regards withdrawal from the contract, non-conformity of goods with the contract and unfair contract terms.
- Product (Item): a single, specific piece: a football shirt, shorts, scarf, cap, sweatshirt, jacket or another collector's item, presented in the Shop in photos of that very piece, available as one item in one size. Products are original manufacturers' goods, new or pre-owned, as described in the condition description.
- Product page: the Product's page in the Shop containing photos, price, condition description, measurements, brand, manufacturer code and the remaining specification.
- Authenticity documentation: photos of the sewn-in labels, manufacturer codes, holograms and other markings of a given Item, published on the Product page.
- Product condition: a description of the piece's wear according to the scale described on the page How we grade condition and how to choose a size.
- Order: the Customer's declaration of intent submitted via the order form, aimed directly at concluding a sales contract for a Product.
- Sales contract: a distance sales contract for a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Shop.
- Account: a free electronic service, a set of resources in the Shop's system identified by an individual e-mail address and password, in which the Customer's data and order history are stored.
- Working day: a day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Poland.
Electronic services and technical requirements
Through the Shop the Seller provides the following free electronic services: browsing Products and using the search, the cart and order form, the Account, the contact form, the newsletter and team alerts (e-mail notifications about new Items of a chosen team).
The contract for the Account service is concluded upon registration (also during checkout) for an indefinite period. The Customer may delete the Account at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by writing to contact@legitfootballshirts.com. Deleting the Account does not affect orders already placed.
The contract for the newsletter or team alerts is concluded upon sign-up with consent to receive commercial information by electronic means and lasts until terminated. Termination takes place by clicking the unsubscribe link in a message, through the Account settings or by e-mail, with immediate effect.
To use the Shop you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and the cookies necessary for the cart and login enabled, and an active e-mail account. The Seller makes every effort to keep the Shop running without interruption but reserves the possibility of short technical breaks.
The Customer must use the Shop in accordance with the law and good practice, respecting the rights of third parties, and must not provide unlawful content. Complaints about electronic services may be submitted to contact@legitfootballshirts.com; the Seller handles them within 14 days.
Products and product information
Every Product is available as a single piece. The photos on the Product page show exactly the Item that will be sent to the Customer. The Product page contains the brand, manufacturer code, season, label size, measurements taken flat in centimetres, a condition description and photos of any flaws and signs of wear.
Products marked as pre-owned bear the signs of wear described on the Product page. By placing an order the Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts the features of the Item described on the Product page, including the stated deviations from factory condition. These features do not constitute non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
Colours in the photos may differ slightly from reality depending on screen settings. Measurements are given to the nearest 1 cm. At the Customer's request, before purchase, we send additional photos or measurements.
Product information in the Shop constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code, not an offer.
Placing an order and concluding the contract
Orders can be placed around the clock, without registration (as a guest) or with an Account. To place an order the Customer: adds the Product to the cart, proceeds to checkout, provides delivery details and, if they want an invoice issued to a company, the company details and VAT ID, chooses the delivery and payment method, reads the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and then clicks the "Buy and pay" button. Until that button is clicked the Customer may freely change the details and the contents of the cart.
Adding a Product to the cart does not reserve it. The Item is taken off sale when the order is placed. An order with online payment not paid within 60 minutes and an order with a bank transfer not paid within 3 working days are cancelled and the Item returns to sale; the Customer is informed by e-mail.
After placing the order the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its acceptance, containing the order number, the list of Products, prices, delivery cost, the chosen payment method and the text of the terms and conditions or a link to them. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives this message. Should it turn out that the Product was sold at the same time in the physical shop, the Seller informs the Customer immediately and refunds the full amount paid.
The Customer may cancel the order until it is dispatched by writing to contact@legitfootballshirts.com or replying to the confirmation e-mail. After dispatch the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
First to pay Every Item is unique. If two Customers place an order for the same Item within a short time of each other, the contract is concluded with the one whose order was registered first. The second order is cancelled and any payment is refunded in full without delay, no later than within 14 days.
Prices and payments
Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, i.e. they include applicable taxes. Prices do not include the delivery cost, which is shown in the cart and at checkout before the order is placed and depends on the chosen delivery method and country. The price at the time of placing the order is binding. Payment is charged in Polish zloty; if the Customer pays by card, PayPal account or from an account held in another currency, the conversion is made by the Customer's bank or by PayPal at its own exchange rate and fee table, over which the Seller has no influence. The approximate amounts in EUR and USD shown in the Shop are for information only and do not form part of the price.
When a Product's price is reduced, the Seller shows next to the reduced price the lowest price of that Product that applied in the 30 days before the reduction was introduced. The Seller does not apply individual price adjustment based on automated decision-making.
Available payment methods:
- Online payment via PayPal: BLIK, Przelewy24 fast bank transfer, payment card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal account, all in one gateway; no PayPal account is needed to pay by BLIK, transfer or card. Online payments are handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349, a credit institution supervised by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). Payment is made when the transaction is authorised; the order must be paid within 60 minutes of being placed.
- Bank transfer: to the Seller's bank account given in the order confirmation and on the thank-you page, with the order number as the reference. We process the order once the payment is booked; the payment deadline is 3 working days.
- Payment on collection: if the option is available at checkout, payment at the physical shop in Szczecin when collecting the Item.
We issue a sales document for every order. A Customer who wants an invoice provides the company details and VAT ID in the order form; the invoice is sent electronically to the Customer's e-mail address, to which the Customer consents by placing the order. On request an invoice can also be sent to private individuals.
Delivery
Delivery is made within Poland and to all countries of the world. The available delivery methods and their costs are shown at checkout after the address is entered; detailed information is on the page Shipping and payments. For delivery outside the European Union any customs duties and import taxes in the recipient's country are borne by the Customer.
The order is handed to the carrier within 1 working day of the payment being booked. The delivery time depends on the carrier and is given next to the delivery method. The total time for delivering the Product does not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. The Customer receives the parcel number by e-mail if the carrier provides one.
Collection in person at the physical shop in Szczecin (ul. Smolańska 3/202, 70-026 Szczecin, Mon-Fri 11:00 to 17:00) is free of charge. Please contact us beforehand, as the Seller is sometimes at collectors' fairs.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Consumer when the carrier hands the Product over to them. If the parcel shows signs of damage, we ask you where possible to draw up a damage report with the carrier and to contact the Seller; this makes claims against the carrier easier but is not a condition for lodging a complaint.
Right of withdrawal
A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below. The period runs from the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, took possession of the Product. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the declaration before it expires.
The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted by e-mail to contact@legitfootballshirts.com, in writing to the Seller's address or using the model form at the end of these terms (using the model is not obligatory). The Seller promptly confirms receipt of the declaration by e-mail.
The Consumer must return the Product to the Seller without delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract, to the address: DK Sports Group Dariusz Kaszubowski, ul. Smolańska 3/202, 70-026 Szczecin. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the Product back before it expires. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
The Seller refunds the price of the Product to the Consumer without delay, no later than 14 days from the day the Product is received back. The cost of delivering the Product to the Consumer is not refunded. The refund is made using the same payment method the Consumer used, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method that involves no costs for them. The Seller makes the refund after receiving the Product back.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying the shirt on is allowed; wearing, washing or removing labels may result in the return being refused.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract in which the object of performance is a non-prefabricated item made to the Consumer's specification or serving their individual needs, in particular an Item on which a name, number or patch was printed or applied at the Customer's request.
Important for collectors Collector's Products, including pre-owned and one-off pieces, are fully covered by the right of withdrawal. This right also applies to a sole trader with consumer rights.
Complaints: non-conformity of goods with the contract
The Seller must deliver a Product that conforms to the contract and is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years of that time, under the rules set out in Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. A lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The following are not considered a lack of conformity: features of the Item of which the Consumer was expressly informed on the Product page before concluding the contract and which they accepted: described and photographed signs of wear, faded colour, cracked print, slight stretching of the ribbing, minor abrasions or a missing paper tag.
If the Product does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may request its repair or replacement. Since every Item is a unique piece, replacement is usually impossible and repair may be impossible or excessively costly; in that case the Consumer may make a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. The Consumer may not withdraw from the contract if the lack of conformity is immaterial. The Seller refunds the price without delay, no later than 14 days from receiving the Product.
A complaint may be submitted by e-mail to contact@legitfootballshirts.com or in writing to the Seller's address. Please give the order number, a description of the non-conformity, the date it was found, your request, and attach photos. The Seller responds to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it; no response within this period means the complaint is accepted. The cost of returning the Product under complaint and the cost of repair, replacement or re-shipping are borne by the Seller.
Towards Customers who are neither Consumers nor sole traders with consumer rights, the Seller's liability under the statutory warranty for defects (Article 556 et seq. of the Polish Civil Code) is excluded.
Authenticity guarantee
Independently of statutory liability, the Seller, as guarantor, grants an authenticity guarantee for every Product with the following content:
- Guarantor: DK Sports Group Dariusz Kaszubowski, ul. Smolańska 3/202, 70-026 Szczecin, NIP (tax ID) 8522466339, e-mail contact@legitfootballshirts.com.
- Scope: the Guarantor warrants that the Product is an original product of the manufacturer indicated on the Product page (not a counterfeit or an unauthorised replica). Before listing, every Item undergoes verification of its sewn-in labels, manufacturer codes, holograms and markings and an assessment of its workmanship; its documentation is published on the Product page.
- Duration and territory: the guarantee is valid indefinitely, regardless of the expiry of the withdrawal period and the period of liability for non-conformity, worldwide.
- Rights: if the Product turns out not to be original, the Guarantor refunds the Customer the full price of the Product, its delivery cost and the cost of returning it, as well as the documented, reasonable cost of an independent expert opinion if it confirmed the lack of authenticity.
- Procedure: notification by e-mail to contact@legitfootballshirts.com with the order number, a description of the doubts and photos. The Guarantor responds within 14 days. In case of dispute the parties may rely on the opinion of an independent expert or the manufacturer's official position. Once the claim is accepted the Customer returns the Product at the Guarantor's expense and the refund is made within 14 days of its receipt.
The guarantee does not limit your rights The authenticity guarantee is a voluntary commitment of the Seller. It does not exclude, limit or suspend the Consumer's rights under the provisions on liability for non-conformity of goods with the contract. More on the page Authenticity guarantee.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims; in particular they may:
- Trade Inspection: apply to the Provincial Inspector of the Trade Inspection in Szczecin (ul. Wały Chrobrego 4, 70-502 Szczecin, Poland) to initiate proceedings for the out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute or to have the case heard by the Permanent Arbitration Court at that Inspector.
- Consumer ombudsman: obtain free assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organisation whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (e.g. the Polish Consumer Federation).
- UOKiK: use the information available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl, "Consumers" section) and the free consumer helpline 801 440 220 or +48 22 290 89 16.
The Seller declares its willingness to resolve disputes amicably. After the complaint procedure ends, if no agreement has been reached, the Seller informs the Consumer on a durable medium whether it agrees to take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution proceedings and indicates the competent entity. Using these procedures is voluntary and does not exclude pursuing claims before an ordinary court. Consumers from other EU countries may also contact their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Personal data and cookies
The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller. We process data in order to conclude and perform the contract, issue sales documents, handle complaints and returns, maintain the Account, reply to messages and, with consent, send the newsletter and team alerts.
Detailed information on the legal bases, retention periods, data recipients, the rights of data subjects, cookies and visit statistics is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is a separate document.
Final provisions
The Seller may amend these terms and conditions for important reasons: changes in the law, changes in payment or delivery methods, changes in the scope of electronic services, the need to remove ambiguities or errors, or for security reasons. The Seller announces the amendment on the Shop's website and by e-mail to Account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. An Account holder who does not accept the changes may delete the Account before they take effect.
Sales contracts concluded before the amendments take effect are governed by the terms and conditions in force on the day the order was placed. Archived versions are available on request.
In matters not regulated here Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on providing services by electronic means. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. No provision of these terms is intended to limit the Consumer's statutory rights; in case of conflict those provisions prevail.
These terms and conditions apply from the date indicated in the document header. Annex: model withdrawal form.
